I provide **compassionate, evidence-based doula and lactation support in the comfort of your home** so you can feel confident and supported. ![CC-LACTATION-SUBMARK-FULL-COLOR-WEB](https://www.claracoly.com/hubfs/CC-LACTATION-SUBMARK-FULL-COLOR-WEB.svg) ## When to Schedule Lactation Support You may benefit from a visit if you are experiencing: - First time breastfeeding - Painful latch - Baby not gaining weight as expected - Low milk supply - Oversupply - Pumping questions - Preparing to return to work - Breastfeeding twins or multiples Early support can make a **huge difference in your feeding journey.** ![CC-DOULA-SUBMARK-CIRCLE-BURGUNDY-WEB](https://www.claracoly.com/hubfs/CC-DOULA-SUBMARK-CIRCLE-BURGUNDY-WEB.svg) ## When to Schedule Doula Support Meeting with a doula prior to giving birth provides you the opportunity to prepare for your upcoming birth alongside an expert that can help set expectations and temper anxiety, all while empowering you to have the best birth for you and your family. - Have a consultation between 30-32 weeks (or before) to find the doula that best meets your needs - Schedule your first visit between 32-34 weeks - Schedule your second visit around 36 weeks ## All Lactation Visits Include ### Comprehensive feeding assessment ### Latch and positioning guidance ### Personalized feeding plan ### Comfort and efficiency planning tailored to your home ### Pumping guidance if needed ### Follow-up notes after your visit ## Prenatal Prep Best for first time families, families with difficult previous births or attempting VBAC, plans to breastfeed for the first time or to try again after prior difficulties. $195 (1 Session) ### Includes: - 1 Prenatal Session (90-120 Mins) that covers: - Creating a birth plan - Basic comfort techniques for labor - ‘What to expect’ for initiating breastfeeding and the first weeks - Finished birth plan sent within one week of the session, which can be edited and shared with your provider and support team ## Essentials Lactation Visit Best for families who need help with a specific feeding concern $195(1 Session) ### Includes - One in-home lactation visit - 48 hours of text support after visit between the hours of 7 AM and 9 PM - In-person follow up visits are available for an additional $125 each ## Lactation Support Best for families who want continued breastfeeding support $395 (3 sessions) ### Includes - Initial 90-minute in-home visit (ideally within the first 48 hours of returning home) - Two in-person follow-up visits (one could be ahead of returning to work for pumping support) - Personalized feeding plan with adjustments as baby grows - Pumping and bottle-feeding guidance, including a plan for going back to work - Priority text support between the hours of 7 AM and 9 PM for 2 weeks following your initial visit ## Prenatal Prep + Lactation Support Package Best for first time families, planning to breastfeed for the first time or to try again after difficulties, wanting both prenatal education and guaranteed lactation support but don’t need birth doula support $550(4 Sessions) ### Includes - Prenatal Prep Package + Lactation Support Package - One prenatal session (90-120 minutes, see above) - Initial postpartum lactation assessment within 48 hours of bringing baby home - Two additional postpartum visits - Priority text support between the hours of 7 AM and 9 PM for 2 weeks following your initial visit ## Birth Doula Plan Best for first time families, families with difficult previous births or VBAC, those that know that they won’t need lactation support $1000(3 sessions + on-call labor support) ### Includes - Emotional, physical and educational support during pregnancy, birth and postpartum - Text support between the hours of 7 AM and 9 PM - Two (2) prenatal visits (approximately 1.5 hrs. each) to get to know your unique preferences for this labor and postpartum period and to create your birth plan - On call 24/7 beginning two weeks prior to your estimated due date to provide support during and after labor and delivery - One (1) 2-hour postpartum doula visit within the first two weeks after birth ## Complete Care Best for families wanting maximum support possible, families away from support systems, first time families $1500(6 sessions + labor suppor) ### Includes - Birth Doula Package + Prenatal Prep Package + Lactation Support Package - Priority text support between the hours of 7 AM and 9 PM for 4 weeks following your initial visit ## Ready to chat?
